Hi, I`m Jonathan. You might be wondering why it isn`t Jojo talking to you. Well, I`m the geek who makes the websites, she is the gorgeous Filipina who makes our excellent tasting foodstuffs.
Anyone who is aware of the Filipino community in the UK will know that there are a lot of Filipinos over here. Over 200000!
Now, Filipinos like nothing more than a get together. Any excuse for a party and food. Oh so much food. Usually at these parties you`ll get many dishes such as Adobo, puto and lecheplan.
What isn`t so common are foods such as Longganisa which is a type of spicy sausage and Tocino which is made with Pork and a marinade.
After living in the UK for over 10 years Jojo often craved some of the foods from back home. It isn`t easy travelling 6961 miles just for a food you crave.... So, she thought she would try to make her own Longganisa. It turned out so much like the longganisa from back in Cebu that when Filipino friends came round they would get to sample these little spicy sausages and they started to ask if they could buy some.
3 years later and here we are. Selling longganisa and tocino to Lincolnshire Filipinos.
